We all know what we should be eating & drinking as there is so much information available. 

So why are so many of us overweight?

The simple reason is that unwanted cravings and unhelpful habits have become hardwired into our brains.

I can help you adjust unwanted patterns of thinking and break habits, using a combination of hypnotherapy and easy strategies to help in day to day life.

 

I regularly run group courses for up to 6 people, which are laid back and fun. No weigh ins, no calorie counting and the added bonus of hypnotherapy to change habits fast.

​

The course is 2 x 1.5 hour sessions  (two weeks apart) followed by a half hour top-up session to help keep you on track.

Course cost is £80 including literature to take away.

 

I work with individuals too if preferred (price on application)
